Online booking  Terms and conditions:

 

• Customer must attend himself in case online booking.

• Online reservation will be confirmed when customer visit the store during dedicated turn time.

• Online booking service will be canceled in case store has any system downtime or network disconnection.

• Customer turn will be set depending on store waiting list.

Online booking is classified as a service to facilitate to our customers choosing the most suitable store depending on their location and the nearest store in addition to the service chosen. It will not be considered as a final confirmation to have turn priority or finalize customer request till customer visit the store during booked slot given that the store is working in normal conditions.
