Nagla possesses over 20 years of Human Resources and Organizational Development experience. Nagla’s expertise includes Talent Management, Organization Development, Training & Development, Rewards Management, Change Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Leadership & Management Coaching.
Before Nagla’s current role, Nagla was the Vice President of Human Resources & Internal Communication at Schneider Electric, Egypt & North East Africa. Nagla was responsible for Human Resources strategies and operations for Egypt & North East Africa.
Prior to this role and for 3 years, Nagla was the General Manager of Human Resources for the National Bank of Egypt. In that role, she led NBE’s Human Resources reform/transformation program which had its impact on NBE’s successful transformation into a highly competitive financial institution.
Previously, Nagla spent around 15 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry where she held several Human Resource Management roles as well as Business Leadership roles in the areas of Operations Management, Business Development, Project Management, and Supply Chain.
Nagla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration & Minor in Computer Science (1991) and a Master’s of Business Administration from the American University in Cairo (1995)
