  • Go to settings and choose mobile networks

  • Inside mobile networks, go to "More networks"

  • In "More networks, go to network mode"

  • In the network mode, choose the option that encloses "LTE"

    • Go to iPhone settings

    • Go to mobile data settings

    • inside Voice & Data..

    • Make sure to choose LTE from the list
