Now customers can repair their phones in 2days only at Vodafone stores

Mobile Repair Cycle:

  • Mobile Repair Cycle:

    • Once our technical representative receives the mobile that needs to be repaired, a Service Request will be created and an SMS will be sent to your mobile number with the Request Number. , You can also track your mobile repair status online with your Request Number through the Mobile Repair Tracking service 

    • Once your mobile is delivered to our Service Center you’ll receive an SMS and a call from 2828 informing you of your mobile repair status and cost if there is any. If the Service Center Team couldn’t reach you will receive an SMS informing you of the action required from your side

    • After the repair is done you will receive an SMS informing you that your mobile is delivered back to the store.

    • Vodafone would like to know your opinion about our Service Center, so you will be asked to kindly fill in and submit a survey through an SMS. 

    In order to have your mobile repaired at our Service Center it has to be bought from any of our Vodafone Egypt stores.

  • iPhone

    Now and only from Vodafone Egypt, you can have your iPhone repaired at our Service Center
    • Vodafone Egypt is the only operator that owns an authorized Service Center under the
    supervision of Apple .
    • We only support iPhones “Software” that are only sold by Vodafone Egypt.
    • The free software update is included in warranty only and out of warranty will cost 150 LE.

     

    iPhone 6S

  • BlackBerry®

    Now if your Vodafone Egypt BlackBerry® device is locked on our network, you can unlock it
    free of charge by calling 888, 2828.
    • We support only BlackBerry® devices that are sold by Vodafone Egypt.
    • Support software & settings problems only.
    • For Blackberry devices’ hardware problems please refer to the warranty agency.

     

    iPhone 6S

  • Vodafone Smart

    Now and only from Vodafone Egypt you can buy Vodafone smart handsets and have them
    repaired at our Service Center
    • We support only Vodafone smartphones sold from Vodafone Egypt.
    • Free software update is included in warranty only, and out of warranty will cost 100 LE.
    • Free spare parts replacement is limited to Vodafone Smartphones within the warranty period (1
    year) in case of manufacturing defects only.
    • Chargeable spare parts replacement to Vodafone Smartphone within the one year warranty in
    case of customer misuse or in case the handset is out of the warranty period.
    • No service will be allowed for handsets that were opened outside Vodafone Service Center even if
    it is going to be chargeable.
    • We only support Smart mini 7, Smart prime 7, Smart tab mini 7 hardware only.
    • Old Vodafone smart handsets will be repaired through Rezkallah.
