Accessibility is part of our Sustainable Business strategy, by breaking barriers and opening doors for People with Disabilities. This strategy reflects our purpose of connecting for a better future. Making our website usable by everyone, including People with Disabilities, is central to that promise.

The standard we follow:
We are working to align this website with the WCAG or the Web and Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 Level AA. the internationally recognised benchmark for digital accessibility. Our digital accessibility features are designed to support people across a range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, physical, cognitive, and neurological needs.
Conformance status:
This website is currently partially conformant with the standard above. ("Partially conformant" means some parts of the website may not yet fully meet the standard, and work is ongoing.)
What we have done so far:
We have taken steps to make this website more accessible, including:
• An accessibility widget that lets you adjust how the site looks and behaves to suit your needs.
• List of applicable features: keyboard navigation, compatibility with screen readers, text resizing, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive text alternatives for images, clear and consistent page structure, captions for video content.
Known limitations:
Despite our efforts, some areas of the website may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of the following, and are working to resolve them:
- Due to legacy codes and joint templets, some webpages may not be fully accessible.
- Some Dashboards such as “Shop” and “Business” are not fully accessible and are under development.
- Third party cookies might interfere with accessibility with interactive elements such as pop-up menus and dropdown menus. These cookies are externally managed and can’t be remedied by the Vodafone development team.
- Downloadable Content such as PDFs and images are not sufficiently accessible, and alternative documents are under development.
- Keyboard navigation is limited to Tab and arrows control. Keyboard shortcuts compatibility is under development.
- Compatibility with certain assistive technologies, including voice control, eye tracking, and head tracking solutions, has not yet been fully evaluated and therefore cannot currently be guaranteed.
