This comprehensive training program aims to support and develop specialized talent, preparing a generation of qualified professionals capable of keeping pace with the rapid developments in the telecommunications and information technology sector, by equipping them with the practical and applied knowledge and skills that align with labor market requirements and modern technological trends.
The program targets final-year university students and graduates, as well as employees across various state institutions, with the goal of developing their technical and practical capabilities, enhancing their readiness for the job market, and enabling them to apply modern technologies and innovation in the workplace contributing to supporting the digital transformation journey efficiently and responsibly.
The training program also focuses on strengthening cybersecurity concepts and practices, by building the awareness and skills needed to protect digital infrastructure and sensitive data, and preparing talent capable of understanding, handling, and responding to cyber threats efficiently which enhances confidence in the digital transformation journey and contributes to building a safer and more sustainable technological environment.

Trainees are selected according to a set of criteria that ensure the nomination of the most qualified talent capable of benefiting from the training program, including:
Target Group: Final-year university students and graduates, as well as employees of state institutions, according to the target groups defined for each training program.
Educational Qualification: Applicants must hold an appropriate qualification or be final-year students in relevant fields of study.
Core Skills and Abilities: Possession of the fundamental skills needed to benefit from the training content, according to the requirements of each training track.
Assessment Test: Passing the evaluation tests or screening stages determined according to the nature of the program and training track.
Technical & Regulatory Excellence Program
The program offers a comprehensive range of technical and regulatory topics aligned with current labor market requirements and industry trends. These include cybersecurity, digital transformation, artificial intelligence at both foundational and advanced levels, and Deep Tech, in addition to data privacy, compliance, fraud prevention, crisis management, anti-money laundering (AML), and anti-bribery and corruption. The program also includes foundational training in management and business skills, contributing to the development of participants’ technical, professional, organizational, and interpersonal capabilities, while enhancing their readiness to succeed in the modern workplace.
