Terms and Conditions of the Prediction Game

These terms and conditions are entered into by Vodafone Egypt Telecommunications S.A.E. (hereinafter referred to as “Vodafone”) and its participating customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” or “Customers”).

Game Definition:

• It is a free entertainment game that allows customers to predict the results of the World Cup 2026 matches for the purpose of winning a gift or prize.
• There are several types of rewards, including a daily reward and prizes available on the Gift Shop, which customers may obtain by redeeming Stars.

Service Duration:

• The service shall commence on 11/6/2026 and shall expire on 19/7/2026.

Eligible Customers:

• The game is available to all Vodafone customers, except suspended customers.
• The customer must have the Ana Vodafone application updated to the latest version.
• The customer must comply with the details related to the daily gift or prizes available on the Gift Shop, including the gift redemption fees and validity period.
• All current and former Vodafone employees, employees of any company involved in the contest, and their relatives up to the fourth degree are prohibited from winning any of the contest prizes.
• Dealers and distributors are not eligible to participate in or win any prizes.
• Any customer whose line is suspended or who has outstanding unpaid dues to Vodafone at the time of entry or at the time of winner selection shall be disqualified from participation and/or winning.
• Any customer who is related up to the fourth degree to any current or former Vodafone employee or to employees of companies participating in the contest shall also be disqualified from participation and/or winning.

Daily Gift (100MB):

• The daily gift includes 100 MBs.
• The daily gift must be redeemed within one day.
• Daily gifts have redemption fees ranging from 0 to 3 EGP.
• Redemption can be done through the ANA Vodafone app or by dialing *66*1#.
• The validity of the daily gift is between 3–12 hours.
• The daily gift is valid for use within Egypt only.

Prizes of the Gift Shop:

• The prizes of the Gift Shop are: MBs, GBs, Samsung TVs, Samsung mobiles, JBL speakers, in-game coins, and daily match passes on TOD.
• A customer can obtain only one prize from the Gift Shop during the World Cup 2026.
• Prizes such as smartphones, TVs, headphones, or PlayStation are available while supplies last.
• Customers win prizes from the Gift Shop by redeeming a sufficient number of Stars.
• The redemption fees for MBs and GBs gifts range from free up to 3 EGP, except that a customer can redeem the Mega Prize from the Gift Shop for free.
• Gifts (MBs and GBs) must be redeemed within 3 days and are valid for use within Egypt only.
• Redemption can be done through the ANA Vodafone app or by dialing *661#.
• Customers are disqualified from winning if manipulation of the company's operating systems is proven or if there is kinship with any Vodafone employee up to the fourth degree.
• Prizes are collected from Vodafone Building C2 in the Smart Village within two weeks of receiving the SMS notification.
• The company is not responsible for any failure to receive prizes due to incorrect information provided by the user.
• 100 free coins are added every day for prepaid customers, while RED customers receive between 100 and 500 coins.

General Terms and Conditions:

• No modifications or changes to predictions are allowed after the match has started.
• The game is provided for entertainment purposes only and is not a means of betting or gambling.
• Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a prerequisite for participation.
• Vodafone reserves the right to cancel the game or terminate any gifts or prizes for any customer.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer and Vodafone.
• In case of any discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
