Terms & Conditions for RED Customers 

These terms and conditions apply between Vodafone Egypt Telecommunications S.A.E. (hereinafter referred to as "Vodafone") and its participating customers (hereinafter referred to as "the customer(s)"). By subscribing to the service or contest, participants agree to comply with these terms. In the event of any dispute regarding the terms, conduct, results, and other matters related to the contest, Vodafone's decision will be final, and no discussions or communications will be accepted in this regard.
Eligibility to Participate:

• All Vodafone employees and any company participating in the contest, as well as their relatives up to the fourth degree, are prohibited f from winning any of its prizes.
How to Enter the Contest
Contest Period:
• The contest runs from March 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025 ("contest period").
Prize Definition:
• Each winning customer, according to the eligibility criteria mentioned, is entitled to a prize from those provided by Vodafone, which are as follows:

General Terms and Conditions:
• All the terms and conditions of the contest must be fulfilled.
• The winner must be at least 15 years old.
• If the customer is contacted and does not respond or cannot be reached, Vodafone will contact the next winner.
• The winner must be the actual owner of the winning line in the contest. The winner also confirms that all information related to the winning line is correct. If it is found that the customer provided any incorrect information, Vodafone reserves the right to disqualify them from the winners' list and withhold the prize. Vodafone has full discretion in determining whether the information provided by the participant is correct or not.
• Vodafone's decision regarding any aspect of this contest is final, binding, and enforceable, and Vodafone has the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the contest and these terms and conditions without prior notice. No customer may pursue legal action or claim compensation from Vodafone due to such modifications or cancellations.
• The winner may not transfer or assign the prizes to others. If this occurs, Vodafone has the right to disqualify the winner and choose an alternative winner.
• Vodafone is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury sustained by any participant in the contest or resulting from accepting the prize. The participant agrees not to make any claims against Vodafone, its affiliates, sponsors, or associated parties regarding any losses, injuries, or psychological damages related to their non-eligibility or failure to win the prize, or any claims resulting from participation in the contest, acceptance or use of the prize, or any other aspect of the contest and/or its terms and conditions.
• Participation in the contest does not grant the participant the right to use Vodafone's name, logo, or images related to the contest without explicit written consent. The participant cannot make any public statements about the prize or any other aspect of the contest without Vodafone's prior approval. Any violation of this condition will entitle Vodafone to withhold or retract the prize from the winner without prior notice, at Vodafone's discretion.
• The winning customer undertakes to be present in person when notified of their prize. If the customer is unable to attend to collect the prize, the prize will be awarded to another winner.
• Upon receiving the prize, the customer must present their national ID card and sign an acknowledgment of receipt of the prize.
• Vodafone has the right to announce the names of the winners through various media outlets. Vodafone may also use Telecom, photos, and video footage, broadcasting them in any manner it deems appropriate on TV, radio, social media, or any other form of digital, electronic, or print media, both within and outside the Arab Republic of Egypt, without objection from the participant and without Vodafone being liable for any financial or moral rights related to such broadcasts or publications.
• Each contestant is eligible to win only once for any of the Mega prizes (TV, mobile phone, headphones, headset, Watchit subscription, Yango subscription, PlayStation, or gold pound).
• Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a prerequisite for the participant to qualify for the prize.• This contest is registered with the Consumer Protection Agency under the number...
• These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Details of the Daily Gift:
• The customer will have until the end of the day to redeem their daily gift, with a validity of up to 12 hours for usage.
• The daily gifts have redemption fees ranging from free to 3 Egyptian pounds.
• You can redeem your daily gift through the ANA Vodafone app from the game or by dialing #66* to redeem your daily gift.
• The Mega prizes include Telecom bundles, Vodafone Cash wallet credit, TVs, mobiles, headphones, monthly subscriptions to Watchit, Yango Play, PlayStation, or a gold pound.
Details about Multiplayer Gaming:
• Customers can play with up to 5 other Vodafone customers in one game.
• They compete to complete a picture made of 10 pieces to win the game.
• A player wins the daily gift by collecting 5 pieces.
• If players do not enter the game or start playing within 15 minutes, the game will be canceled.
• The goal is for the customer to win several games to earn a Mega gift box, as described on the prize page.
Details about Mega Prizes:
• The customer wins a Mega prize by completing the picture in a single-player game.
• The customer wins a gift box after winning the required number of games in multiplayer mode, as outlined on the prize page.
• The gift inside the gift box is undisclosed until the customer wins and may include options such as Telecom gifts, TV, mobile, headphones, Vodafone Cash wallet credit, monthly subscriptions to Watchit or Yango Play, or a message wishing better luck next time if no prize is available. The customer continues playing until they win the next box.
• The prize must be claimed within one day.
• You can redeem the mega prize for free.
• telecom and Vodafone Cash wallet prizes are valid for up to 3 days.
• You can redeem your mega prize through the ANA Vodafone app from the game.
• The customer will be excluded from winning the prize if they are found to be tampering with any of Vodafone's operating systems or have a family relationship with any Vodafone employee up to the fourth degree.
• The prize must be collected from the company's headquarters at the Smart Village – Vodafone Building C2 within two weeks of receiving the SMS. If the winner does not attend, the prize will be given to another customer.
• The company reserves the right to cancel the prize for any customer who fails to comply with any of the terms of the promotional offer.
• Vodafone reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotional offer without prior notice to any of the customers.
