How can I activate the offer?
Visit the nearest branch to you.
You will need a valid national ID card.
You will need a valid disability identification card.
What is the Disability Offer?
People with disabilities receive a 50% discount on all Flex and internet plans (Vodafone Plus, ADSL, and Home Wireless Internet), and Vodafone Cash transfers are free.
The offer is available for prepaid lines (Flex and the 14-piastres plan) as well as prepaid bundles.
The discount applies to the renewal price only.
The maximum number of free Vodafone Cash transfers is 30 transfers per month.
How long is the offer valid?
The Flex bundles and Vodafone Plus offer lasts as long as your Integrated Services Card is valid, and you will need to visit the branch again to renew the offer.
The ADSL, Home Internet, and Vodafone Cash offers are valid for a limited time, and you will need to visit the branch again to renew the offer annually.
What’s new in the offer for persons with disabilities?
The disability offer now applies to all Vodafone bundles and Vodafone Cash. We added a 50% discount on ADSL and Home Internet bundles. We removed transfer fees from Vodafone Cash. We removed the “double your bundle” offer from Flex and Vodafone Plus bundles, and instead you can now enjoy a 50% discount. We made renewal with the discount easier on the new Flex bundles — you can enjoy the offer through recharging, “3al-Tayer”, or via Vodafone Cash.
Is the offer available on postpaid plans?
The offer is available only for prepaid lines (Flex and the 14 PT tariffs).
If you switch to a postpaid plan, the offer will be canceled.
Can I benefit from other offers?
You cannot benefit from other offers, and any old offer you had will be canceled.
