These terms and conditions are entered into by Vodafone Egypt Telecommunications S.A.E. (hereinafter referred to as “Vodafone”) and its participating customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” or “Customers”).

Game Definition:

• It is a free entertainment game that allows customers to predict the results of the Africa Championship 2025 matches for the purpose of winning a gift or prize.

• There are several types of rewards, including a daily reward and prizes available on the Gift shop, which customers may obtain by redeeming Stars.

Service Duration

Eligible Customers

• The game is available to all Vodafone customers, except suspended customers.

• The customer must have the “Ana Vodafone” application updated to the latest version.

• The customer must comply with the details related to the daily gift or prizes available on the Gift shop, including the gift redemption fees and its validity period.

Daily Gift (100MB):

• • The daily gift includes 100 MBs.
  • The daily gift must be redeemed within one day.
  • Daily gifts have redemption fees ranging from 0 to 3EGP.
  • Redemption can be done through the ANA Vodafone app or by dialing *66*1#
  • The validity of the daily gift is between 3-12 hours.
  • The daily gift is valid for use within Egypt only.

Prizes of the Gift shop:

• • The prizes of the Gift shop are: MBs, GBs, Samsung TVs, Samsung mobiles, JBL speakers, and in-game coins, Playstation 5 and daily match passes on TOD.
  • A customer can obtain only one prize from the Gift shop during the Africa Championship 2025.
  • Prizes such as smartphones, TVs, headphones, or PlayStation are available while supplies last.
  • Customers win prize from the gift shop by redeeming a sufficient number of stars.
  • The redemption fees for MBs and GBs gifts range from free up to 3 EGP, except that a customer can redeem the Mega prize from the Gift shop for free.
  • Gifts (MBs and GBs) must be redeemed within 3 days, which are valid for use within Egypt only.
  • Redemption can be done through the ANA Vodafone app or by dialing 661#.
  • Customers are disqualified from winning if manipulation of the company's operating systems is proven or if there is a kinship with any Vodafone employee up to the fourth degree.Prizes are collected from the company's headquarters in the Smart Village - Vodafone Building C2 within two weeks of receiving the text message. In case of absence, the prize is given to another customer.
  • The company is not responsible for any failure to receive prizes due to incorrect information provided by the user.

General Terms and Conditions:

• No modifications or changes to the predictions are allowed after the match has started.

• The game is provided for entertainment purposes only and is not a means of betting or gambling; the company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from using the game or relying on its results.

• Two (2) customers will be selected, ranked from 1 to 50, in the game for a chance to travel and watch Egypt’s match in the tournament in Morocco, with the selection being at the sole discretion of the company without any objection from any customer.

• Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a prerequisite for participating in the game. By participating, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms and conditions without any reservations.

• Vodafone reserves the right to cancel the game or terminate any gifts or prizes for any customer, and also has the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notifying the customer. Customers are not entitled to object to any of these changes and should review these terms and conditions periodically.

• These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

• These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer and Vodafone.

• In case of any discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions of these terms and conditions or any of the details mentioned, the Arabic version shall prevail and be considered authoritative.
