These terms and conditions are entered into by Vodafone Egypt Telecommunications S.A.E. (hereinafter referred to as “Vodafone”) and its participating customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” or “Customers”).

Service Definition
The “Vodafone AFCON 2025 Promo” is a set of temporary promotional campaigns provided by Vodafone to its prepaid customers. These offers include bonuses on balance recharge, bundle renewals, and participation in interactive competitions via the "Ana Vodafone" mobile application. The aim of these offers is to enhance customer experience during the AFCON Competition by providing free units, megabytes, and various rewards.

Eligible Customers
The AFCON 2025 Offers are available to customers who meet the following criteria:
-    The customer must be subscribed to one of Vodafone Egypt’s prepaid plans.
-    The customer must use eligible recharge or bundle renewal methods as specified in each offer’s details.
-    For participation in the Cheering competition, the customer must have the latest version of the "Ana Vodafone" app installed.
-    The customer must comply with the specific terms and conditions of each offer, including any applicable gift redemption fees and validity periods.

1. Recharge Offer
-    Description:
When recharging using Vodafone scratch cards or “Fakka” cards, the Customer receives bonus units that may reach up to fifty (50) times the recharge value.

-    Offer Details:
•    The offer applies to all recharge methods, including scratch cards, Fakka cards, electronic recharge, “On-The-Go” recharge, the “Ana Vodafone” app, and Vodafone Cash.
•    To claim the bonus, dial *1# after each recharge.
•    Bonus redemption fees range from free to EGP 4.
•    The offer is available to all Vodafone prepaid customers.
•    Bonus validity ranges from (6) hours to five (5) days.

2. Bundle Renewal Gift
-    Description:
Upon renewing Flex or Vodafone PLUS bundles, the Customer receives additional units or megabytes, potentially up to double the bundle value.

-    Offer Details:
•    To activate the Flex bundle gift: dial *1*2#
•    To activate the Vodafone PLUS bundle gift: dial *1*3#
•    The offer is valid for all Flex bundles (for Flex customers) and Vodafone PLUS bundles.
•    The gift can be claimed immediately after renewal and is valid for up to five (5) days.
•    Redemption fees range from free to EGP 4.
•    Offer available for a limited time.

3. Cheering Game via “Ana Vodafone” App
-    Description:
When recharging or renewing a bundle (Flex, Plus, At Home, DSL), the Customer gets a chance to participate in Cheering for Egypt via the “Ana Vodafone” app and win gifts for himself/herself, based on how loud he/she is and saying the added sentence correctly.
-    Contest Details:
•    Gifts may include units, megabytes, or shopping vouchers from Vodafone’s summer partners such as:

(Talabat & TOD)
•    Gifts may vary from one customer to another.
•    Redemption fees range from free to EGP 4.
•    Customers can participate only 1 time per day, even if he/she renewed/recharged twice a day.
•    The Cheer-o-meter must be played on “Ana Vodafone” app. 
•    Gifts are given based on the loudness recognized by the app and the correctness of saying the sentence given.
•    Vodafone does not store any voice.
