1.      The price indicated is an estimated valuation. The final trade-in value shall be determined solely upon completion of a technical inspection, including but not limited to diagnostic testing using G-Test, conducted by an authorized technician.                                                        
2.      The device must be in full working condition and capable of powering on (Power).                                                        
3.      The original packaging of the device must be provided at the time of trade-in.                                                        
4.      The customer must present a valid national identification card issued in their name.                                                        
5.      The customer must be aware of, and have access to, the credentials (password) associated with their (iCloud) or (Gmail) account linked to the device.                                                        
6.      Prior to submitting the device, the customer is required to sign out of and delete any (iCloud) or (Gmail) accounts associated with the device.                                                        
7.      The customer must ensure that the "Find My" and “SmartThings Find” features are disabled prior to handing over the device.                                                        
8.      The customer affirms that a factory reset has been performed on the device and that all personal data has been permanently removed.                                                        
9.      The customer agrees to sign and provide a fingerprint on the official sale agreement document as acknowledgment of the transaction.                                                        
10.  The customer accepts full responsibility for the device until the date and time of completion of the trade-in agreement.                                                        
11.  The facial recognition functionality (Face ID) must be operational at the time of inspection.                                                        
12.  Devices displaying error messages indicative of hardware issues, such as those involving non-original components or system (Panic) notifications, shall not be accepted.                                                        
13.  Devices that have undergone security or software modifications, including but not limited to (Jail-Break) or (Rooted) processes, shall not be eligible for trade-in.                                                        
14.  Devices that are locked to a specific carrier network (Locked) shall not be accepted.                                                        
15.  Devices bearing unauthorized or modified logos (Special Logo) shall be deemed ineligible.                                                        
16.  Devices with outstanding tax liabilities or customs obligations shall not be accepted.                                                        
17.  All internal hardware components of the device must be original and unaltered.
