Vodafone Egypt has announced that it has won the Golden Excellence Award in Diversity and Inclusion, as part of its participation in the 2024 SHRM MENA Conference and Exhibition for the second year in a row. The company also received the Silver Award for Occupational Health and Safety, in recognition of its pioneering efforts in creating an inclusive and healthy work environment for all its employees. The awards ceremony was held in Saudi Arabia on November 14, where Ms. Sherine Mohamady, Talent and Capability Manager at Vodafone Egypt, received the award on behalf of the company.

The SHRM MENA Awards are regional awards across the Middle East, granted by the Society for Human Resource Management to individuals and organizations who achieve outstanding accomplishments in HR. These awards recognize excellence in building inclusive and supportive work environments and highlight policies and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and employee well-being in the workplace.
