Terms and Conditions for the "Vodafone Fawazeer" Service and Competition

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply between Vodafone Egypt Telecommunications S.A.E. (hereinafter referred to as "Vodafone") and its participating customers (hereinafter referred to as "the customer" or "customers"). By participating in the service or competition, participants agree to abide by these terms.

In case of any dispute regarding the terms, conduct, results, or any other matters related to the competition, Vodafone's decision shall be final, and no discussions or correspondence regarding this matter will be accepted.
Eligibility to Participate:
•All Vodafone employees and any company affiliates in the competition and their relatives up to the fourth degree are prohibited from participating (directly or indirectly) in the competition or winning any of its prizes.

How to Participate in the Competition:
Competition Period:
•The competition starts from .......... 2020 until .......... 2020 ("Competition Period").
Definition of the Prize: Each winning customer—according to the eligibility criteria mentioned—has the right to receive a prize from those provided by Vodafone as follows:

General Terms and Conditions:
•All terms and conditions specified in the competition must be fulfilled.
•The winner must be at least 15 years old.
•If the customer is contacted and does not respond or communicate, the next winner will be contacted.
•The winner must be the actual owner of the winning line in the competition, and the winner acknowledges that all information related to the winning line is correct. If a customer wins any prize in the competition and it is proven that the customer provided any incorrect data or information, Vodafone reserves the right to exclude the customer from the list of winners and withhold the prize. Vodafone’s decision on whether the information provided by the participant is correct is at its sole discretion.
•Vodafone’s decision regarding any aspect of this competition is final and binding. Vodafone reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice. No customer has the right to claim any compensation or file any legal claims against Vodafone due to such modifications or cancellations.
•The winner cannot transfer or assign the prizes. In the event this occurs, Vodafone has the right to exclude the winner and select an alternative winner.
•Vodafone is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury incurred by any participant entering the draw or resulting from accepting the prize. Participants agree not to make any claims against Vodafone and its affiliates, sponsors, and associated parties regarding any losses, injuries, or psychological damages resulting from disqualification or winning the prize, or any rights, claims, or actions of any nature related to participating in the draw, accepting or using the prize, and/or any other related aspects.
•Participation in the competition does not grant the participant the right to use Vodafone’s name, logo, or images related to the competition without explicit written consent. Participants cannot make any public announcements regarding the prize or any other aspect of this competition without Vodafone’s prior approval. Any violation of this condition will entitle Vodafone to withhold or withdraw prizes from the participant immediately and without prior notice at Vodafone's discretion.
•The winning customer must be able to personally attend when notified of winning the prize. If the winner is unable to attend to collect the prize, the prize will be awarded to another winner.
•Upon receiving the prize, the customer must present their national ID card and sign a receipt acknowledgment.
•Vodafone has the right to announce the names of the winners through various media channels and to use the data and photos of the winners in any manner it deems appropriate on television, social media, radio, mobile, digital content, newspapers, and other advertising and broadcasting mediums, both within and outside the Arab Republic of Egypt. Participants agree not to raise any objections or claim any financial or moral rights related to such publication or broadcast, and Vodafone shall bear no responsibility in this regard.
•Each participant is entitled to win only once.
•Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for eligibility for the prize.
•This competition is conducted with the notification of the Consumer Protection Agency, Number ……
•These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Details of the Daily Gift:
•Customers have up to 3 days to request and use the daily gift.
•Daily gifts have redemption fees starting from free and up to 3 EGP.
•You can redeem your daily gift through the ANA Vodafone app or by calling *66#.

Details of Major Prizes:
•A customer wins the major prize by completing the picture.
•The gift must be claimed within one day.
•Major prizes can be redeemed for free.
•Data and cash gifts on the Vodafone Cash wallet are valid for up to 3 days.
•You can redeem your major prize through the ANA Vodafone app or by calling 661# to claim the television, mobile phone, headphones, or 10,000 EGP.
•The customer will be disqualified from winning if it is proven that there is tampering with the company’s operating systems or any relation to Vodafone employees up to the fourth degree.
•The prize must be collected from the company's premises at Smart Village – Vodafone Building C2 within two weeks of receiving the text message. If the winner does not attend, the prize will be awarded to another customer.
•The company reserves the right to cancel the prize for any customer who does not comply with any of the promotional offer conditions.
•Customers can win the major prize up to a maximum of 6 times.
•Vodafone reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotional offer without referring to any of the customers.
