Before activating your eSIM
Please make sure your device is compatible with eSIM and connected to a WiFi network.
Make sure to keep a screenshot of your QR code on your phone.
How to activate your eSIM
If your device is IOS:
1. Make sure you are connected to WiFi
2. Go to “Settings” then “Cellular.”
3. Tap on “Add eSIM.”
4. Tap on “Use QR Code.”
5. Scan your QR Code. Note that the QR code is valid for 5 days only.
If your device is Android:
1. Make sure you are connected to WiFi
2. Go to “Settings” then “Connections” then “SIM Manager.”
3. Tap on “Add eSIM.”
4. Tap on “Scan QR code.”
5. Scan your QR Code. Note that the QR code is valid for 5 days only.
How can I buy an eSIM?
You can buy an eSIM through any of our stores or through our eShop
Can I change my existing number to an eSIM?
You can change your existing SIM card to eSIM through any of our branches. To do so, your number needs to be linked to your national ID and your phone must support eSIM.
