Flex .The 1 Rateplan

   • You can activate your subscriptions on Ana Vodafone app through the Entertainment page.
   • WATCH IT with ads is available on Flex 70 and available without any ads starting Flex 100, so you can enjoy the movies and series you love!
   • Anghami Plus is available starting Flex 100 for you to enjoy all the music you love!
   • And Yango Play is available starting Flex 100 packed with your favorite movies, series and music!
   • All subscriptions are available through any device.

   • You can renew your bundle through Ana Vodafone app through the Flex Management page or dial *880#.
   • You can pay your bundle through Vodafone Cash and enjoy 30% extra flexes, or through direct payment or your balance or electronic vouchers.
   • You can also borrow your bundle if it finished and you do not have sufficient balance with no extra fees and pay it back within 3 days.
   • If you renew your bundle on time or before the renewal date, your remaining flexes will rollover to your next bundle. Now nothing can stop your bundle from being renewed!

Consumption rates for the new bundles:
1.    1 Flexes per minute for Vodafone calls, SMSs and 1 MB.
2.    5 Flexes per minute for non-Vodafone calls
3.    10 Flexes per second for international calls.
• To make international calls from the bundle, the customer must activate “International Service" on Anavodafone. 
• After the bundle units are consumed, charges are applied at a flat rate of 19 piasters per minute, SMS, or MB, as well as the current service prices. 
• All flexes in the new Flex bundles can be used across all websites and apps, i.e., they are not restricted.
Roll-over of Remaining Flexes:
• Remaining flexes from the previous bundle will not roll over in the following cases:
1.    Failure to renew the bundle on the scheduled renewal date.
2.    Switching to a smaller and cheaper bundle than the current one.
Entertainment Subscriptions:
Customers enjoy:
•    Flex 70 customers enjoy a WATCH IT AVOD (with Ads) subscription included in the bundle.
•    Flex 100, Flex 150, and Flex 300 enjoy subscriptions to WATCH IT, Yango Play, and Anghami Plus Arabic included in the bundle.
• The Flex bundle must be renewed for the customer to enjoy the entertainment subscriptions. 
• Anghami Plus Arabic, WATCH IT, and Yango Play subscriptions are available for a limited time.
"Renew Now, Pay Later" Service:
• Customers subscribed to the new Flex bundles exclusively enjoy the "Renew Now, Pay Later" feature without any additional fees. •
 The customer must pay for the bundle within 3 days of renewal. 
• If the bundle fees are not paid within 3 days, the bundle will be paused until payment is made. Upon payment, the customer will enjoy the remaining time of the bundle and unused flexes. 
• The customer can enjoy bundle renewal offers (such as discounts or extra flexes) through the "Renew Now, Pay Later" service.
Plus Internet Bundles with New Flex Bundles:
• Plus bundles are not automatically renewed with the new Flex bundles. 
• To renew a Plus bundle, the customer must re-subscribe through Anavodafone.
• Flex customers who migrate to the new bundles and subscribe to Plus will enjoy the standard quota provided by Plus bundles; not the bigger quota they used to enjoy from Plus while on the old Flex bundles.

New Quota  Split Feature:
• The customer can split their quota into MBs and minutes through Ana Vodafone app.
 • The customer can split their quota mid-cycle -after consuming part of it-, but will have to do the split the full, original quota, not the remaining quota.
• If part of the quota is used, the customer can divide the remaining part with a minimum of the flexes consumed. 
• The customer can change the split they set a maximum of 5 times per cycle and once per day.
Blacklist, Whitelist Services, and Consumption Alerts at the End of Each Call:
• Customers using the Blacklist & Whitelist services, and end of call alerts can enjoy these services for free when migrating to the new Flex bundles. 
• No new customers can opt-in to these services after migrating to the new Flex bundles.
"Recharge, Renew, and Win Up to One Million Flexes" Promotion
• When recharging or renewing Flex bundles, the customer will win one of 6 gifts randomly. The gifts range from 3,000 Flexes to 1,000,000 Flexes. 
• The customer must redeem the gift within 3 days; otherwise, they cannot enjoy it. 
• The validity period of the gifts for consumption is as follows:
•    3,000 Flexes: 3 days
•    5,000 Flexes: 3 days
•    10,000 Flexes: 3 days
•    25,000 Flexes: 7 days
•    100,000 Flexes: 30 days
•    1,000,000 Flexes: 365 days 
•    If the customer wins 100,000 Flexes or 1,000,000 Flexes, they will not receive other gifts during the promotion period when recharging or renewing. 
•    This offer is valid for a limited time only.

   • Track your usage and consumption
   • Set usage alerts for your bundle
   • Enable autorenewal for your bundle when your flexes finish and you have sufficient balance
