Step Up

The exercise focuses on the back muscle of the leg and helps to tighten the contour in the hip area.

Exercise Method: We will stand in front of a chair, and we will take a step up and look up on the chair and go down to the ground again. We will make a step with our right legs and a step with our two legs north and go down again to the ground.
